How can I support you as your doula?
As your doula, I am here to support you. I am here to offer you emotional, physical, and informational support with a trauma-informed lens, communicate with staff and provide you with resources so that you and your partner can make informed decisions regarding your birth preferences.
I am not here to replace your partner or birth companion, but here to work with you as a member of your birth team. My support allows me to be a consistent presence as well as the anchor in an experience that may feel vulnerable or uncertain. I offer comforting support tailored to your individual needs, which may include guiding your breath, gently suggesting laboring positions, comforting touch, aromatherapy, normalizing the labor symptoms and/or hospital procedures by narrating…these are just some of the ways I can support and guide your birth experience.

Birth Doula Package
Unlimited support via text, email, or phone.
Resources of recommended practitioners, workshops, podcasts, and books.
3 prenatal sessions to discuss your birth goals, birth planning and preferences, postpartum recovery and basic newborn care + lactation + feeding support, and comfort measures + coping techniques.
24/7 on-call support from 38 to 42 weeks
Continuous physical, informational and emotional support throughout your labor and birth, and until up to two hours after birth.
1 postpartum check-ins within 2 weeks after giving birth.
Doula + Yoga Offerings
In addition to the above doula package, I offer a 4 package in-person private prenatal yoga session at 15% my standard pack rate.
Fees
I believe that every birthing person should have access to a doula. Therefore, I offer sliding scale community support in the following situations: homebirths, single parents, teen parents, both parents who are unemployed or underemployed, and members of the BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+ community. When you pay my standard fees, you are supporting a fair, living wage aligned with my level of experience and education. When you pay a sliding scale, you are allowing your community to hold and support you. I am also happy to work out a payment plan. Both are acceptable ways of participating and I am honored to be a part of your journey. Everyone deserves a doula’s support and care.
